Job Description
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Professional, who will play a pivotal role in the implementation, customization, and optimization of Dynamics 365 solutions to meet our organization\'s needs. Their expertise will contribute to the seamless integration and utilization of this platform to drive business success. Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Customization: Lead the implementation and customization of Dynamics 365 applications, including configuration, integration, and deployment to address specific business requirements.
- System Enhancement: Analyze and improve existing Dynamics 365 systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement to maximize functionality and user experience.
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to teams using Dynamics 365, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and stakeholders, to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation, including system designs, technical specifications, and user guides. Conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate effective utilization of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest Dynamics 365 updates, trends, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions and ensure system compliance.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Finance and Operations, or related modules.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure services.
- Experience in system integration, data migration, and system testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
