The Role
Job Objective: Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining software solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics platforms. Work closely with business analysts and end-users to understand business requirements and design solutions that improve business processes and workflows. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop, test, and implement software solutions that integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365. \xe2\x80\xa2 Modifies D365 user interface based on business requirements using X++. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performs debugging and unit testing of D365 solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Promote D365 models from development, test, and staging environments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support, maintain, and modify existing systems and integrations. \xe2\x80\xa2 3+ years of overall professional experience in D365 for Finance and Operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 X++ development experience and following D365 Finance and Operations best practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to do Code Review. \xe2\x80\xa2 Microsoft Dev Ops, Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server. \xe2\x80\xa2 Produce technical specifications based on functional design specifications for D365 solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to reconcile user requirements to technical specifications and new system capabilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Integrate Microsoft Dynamics with other systems, such as ERP, CRM, and third-party applications, to ensure data consistency and seamless operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to provide technical guidance and mentoring to others in areas of Expertise. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with D365 extensible data security (XDS) policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other task from the direct supervisor with the job responsibility.

Requirements
Requisite Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of X++, C#,ASP.net, API, Json, JavaScript, SSRS and other programming languages relevant to Microsoft Dynamics 365. Experience Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Workflow. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in creating and modifying forms with SSRS. \xe2\x80\xa2 Technical proficiency with SQL for reviewing data, troubleshooting, developing user reports, and testing/validating source system data. Skills Sets Required: \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge in D365 platform, Azure, X++, C#, ASP.net, API, Json, JavaScript, SSRS. \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer Focus & Flexibility and Adaptability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong verbal and written communication. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborative Working. \xe2\x80\xa2 Respect and Integrity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Innovative thinking with good Analytical skills.
