The job role includes the following activities: o Liaise closely with internal customers to conduct requirements analysis and problem-solving o Develop D365 solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI to develop and deploy solutions that support business processes and workflows across all departments o Analyse existing IT systems and business processes, create data models and map / document interfaces between legacy and new systems o Identify options for potential solutions, assess technical and business feasibility and suitability. o Prepare proposals and highly specified project briefs for modified or replacement systems o Be a pro-active member of agile development teams, play an active role in helping meet project deadlines and understand the software development lifecycles and roadmap within the business o Work closely with other internal or external solutions architects, programmers, developers, testers and a variety of end users to ensure business objectives are achieved o Create, supervise and document testing schedules and UAT programmes o Participate in and support the continuous improvement of development processes o Support users by creating documentation, training materials and supporting change control / management o Ensure that agreed development deadlines are met o Keep up to date with technical and industry developments. Experience, qualifications and skillsEssential The candidate should have the following education, qualifications and experience: o Business / systems analysis and relational database design skills. o Experience building Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions using: o Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise o Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations o Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) o SharePoint Online o Experience in developing customised solutions for Sales and Service using Dynamics CRM platform. Desirable Not essential but desirable, to also have the following skills or experience: o Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar o Preferably to be certified (have studied) in a related Microsoft certifications - such MB-200, MB-400, PL-200, PL-400 (D365 / Power Platform Developer) o Experience with Visual Studio and Github for source control. o Experience using JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, HTML5 and CSS3. o Experience with front end web frameworks (Vue.js, React, Angular). o Experience with other relevant frameworks / languages (eg Entity Framework, .Net, C#, Laravel, PHP) o Experience with configuration and implementation of SharePoint\'s application services framework o Experience with SQL Server administration / development skills (SQL Analysis Services, SSRS, SSIS etc).
