- Managing a team
- Developing Product Vision
- CRM Troubleshoots
- Development (BackEnd) - JAVA experience
- Completed 2 (3rd Party) Integrations (e.g., Azure Integrations)
- Deep understanding of integrations
- Security, Admin, Plugins
- Example 3rd party integrations (FlexQ, Currency Cloud)
- 3rd Party Integrations expereince
- Data Migration - (Best Practices)
- Solution Deployment - (Best Practices)
- Highly Technical Hands on experience - not just knowledge
- Microsoft certified in Dynamics 365 - Preferred (NOT Essential)
- Preferably Industry experience in - (Fintech, FS, Digital Banking, Technology Startups)
- In-depth technical knowledge in MSDynamics Customer Service module
- Include Case management, Workflow and Business Process automation
- Designing and developing customised solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform on Azure
- Build and deploy customised RestApI\'s both as a service provider and as a consumer
- Writing coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating, modifying, and troubleshooting existing CRM customisation and out of the box solution
- Configuring, developing, and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM in line with best practices.
- Follow organisation agile development process and adhere to sprint reporting and agile ceremonies
