Duty Officer
We are looking for a Duty Officer (CCTV Officer
) to oversee surveillance, track attendance, and manage payroll and organizational security. If you are detail-oriented and have experience with technology, join us to make an impact in security, HR, and tech operations.Job Responsibilities:
Monitor CCTV systems during shifts. Maintain attendance records in Excel. Collaborate with HR and payroll teams. Be detail-focused and a team player.Adhere to attendance policies and enforce penalties for violations.
HR Payroll:
Accurately process employee payroll. Handle salary-related inquiries and discrepancies. Maintain confidentiality. Be proficient in payroll software and Excel.Be familiar with payroll policies, including penalties for errors.
CCTV Operators:
Monitor and report security incidents. Coordinate with the task/operations department. Have knowledge of surveillance technology.Understand security policies, including penalties for breaches.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CCTV Officer, Administrator, or in other security/surveillance roles. Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel. * Bachelor's degree.
