Airport Duty Officer - Trainee Programme - UAE National

Oversee guest handling across airport touch-points, ensuring top-tier service and compliance with safety, security, and brand standards. Meet KPIs, ancillary revenue, and customer service targets. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations, briefings, and updates. Manage flight editing and special guest requirements (VIP, PRM and special categories). Liaise with control teams to handle disruptions, emergencies, and service recovery. Identify and report safety and security risks, escalating significant issues as needed. Education & Experience

Have a BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree completed in the last three years Are UAE nationals, aged 21 or older Have a completion or permanent exemption certificate from UAE National Service (for males) Are fluent in English (written and spoken) Are ready to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment Can wear the Etihad uniform with pride Are open to working at airports outside the UAE #J-18808-Ljbffr
