Duty Manager
As an Duty Manager, you will show your supervision and interpersonal strengths to oversee and monitor efficiency of all processes while ensuring an exceptional guest journey.

What you will be doing:
  • Responsible for the sales, the organisation and the quality of the services delivered to the guests for the Front Office department.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to personal guest service excellence
  • Effective recruitment, selection and training for all positions within the dept.
  • Communicates directly with Sales, Accounting, Housekeeping and Reservation and provides them with all relevant/ needed information.
  • Ensuring the Telephone Centre is working properly at all times and minimizing the number of abandoned calls
  • Maintain and improve quality service in Front Office.
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
  • To conduct daily pre-shift briefings to teams on rooms occupancy, arrival and departures, functions /event and special attention that is needed.
Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
