We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at a leading duty-free retail outlet. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to international travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Explain product features, benefits, and promotions to travellers from diverse backgrounds.
Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and properly merchandised.
Meet sales targets and upsell/cross-sell to maximize revenue.
Stay updated with duty-free regulations, product knowledge, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum
2 years
of sales experience in Duty Free is mandatoryStrong interpersonal and communication skills (Russians and Arabic Speaker Big Plus)
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Energetic, presentable, and able to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
