About the Role

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and multilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in Dutch to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about property sales and capable of serving a diverse international clientele, particularly Dutch-speaking investors and buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Dutch-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties Conduct property viewings and provide tailored consultations in Dutch and English Generate leads through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal regulations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals Maintain organized records using CRM systems and reporting tools
Requirements

Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written) Previous experience in real estate sales or customer service (UAE experience preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
