Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with Dutch-speaking clients, understanding their property needs.
Property Listings & Market Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
Sales & Negotiation:
Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process, ensuring smooth transactions.
Marketing & Lead Generation:
Promote properties through various channels, including digital marketing and networking.
Legal & Documentation Support:
Assist clients with contracts, agreements, and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with developers, landlords, and other stakeholders to facilitate deals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or consulting.
Fluency in Dutch and English; Arabic is a plus.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
UAE driving license preferred.
