Job Description

For a customer, based in the center of Casablanca, we are looking for Inbound Call Center Agents who speak either Flemish or Dutch. Previous customer contact experience is not required, but is appreciated. Candidates must live in Casablanca or be willing to relocate in the short term.

Your role

The candidate will be working in a project with relatively simple processes, you will be initially calling out to clients and shift to inbound quieries and questions from customers. There is a training program in which you will go through all the aspects of the job.

Profile

  • Call centre experience is an added value, but not required;
  • Basic computer skills are necessary;
  • Able to follow procedures around sensitive data;
  • You speak Dutch and English;
  • You can submit proof that you are free of criminal offences;
  • Flexibility and punctuality regarding working hours (shifts including evening and weekend services).
