to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. You will be responsible for
selling residential and off-plan properties
, connecting with potential clients, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced market.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Present properties, explain features, and provide expert guidance to clients.
Close property deals and ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Keep updated on the latest market trends, property prices, and regulations.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales (off-plan or secondary market preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
