Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated
Property Sales Executives
to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties in Dubai, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to clients.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings and market trends.
Negotiate offers and guide clients through the closing process.
Build and maintain a strong database of clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team for property promotions.
Requirements:
Experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles (advantageous but not mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and team player.
Presentable and professional.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
UAE Driving License (advantageous but not mandatory).
