Purpose Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Coordinator is a permanent position that works closely with all members of the Reko Diq Project Team to coordinate and manage a range of essential administrative tasks Responsibilities
Establish, populate and manage the ongoing maintenance of project document control systems.
Provide support to immigration processing, including visa and work permit applications and tracking.
Lead and manage the administration of travel bookings and travel arrangements (domestic and international).
Coordinate, follow up and report upon project tasks and actions.
Support the Project Director with a range of administrative tasks.
Generation, collation and review of various project presentations and materials,
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, project management or related field.
Prior project coordination or administration experience, + 3 years.
Demonstrated ability to manage coordination of large and complex projects.
Proven experience in Microsoft Office.
Attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication and organization skills are essential.
