Job Description

Purpose Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Coordinator is a permanent position that works closely with all members of the Reko Diq Project Team to coordinate and manage a range of essential administrative tasks Responsibilities
  • Establish, populate and manage the ongoing maintenance of project document control systems.
  • Provide support to immigration processing, including visa and work permit applications and tracking.
  • Lead and manage the administration of travel bookings and travel arrangements (domestic and international).
  • Coordinate, follow up and report upon project tasks and actions.
  • Support the Project Director with a range of administrative tasks.
  • Generation, collation and review of various project presentations and materials,
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, project management or related field.
  • Prior project coordination or administration experience, + 3 years.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage coordination of large and complex projects.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication and organization skills are essential.
