Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and codes.
Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly followed on-site.
Conduct quality control and site inspections.
Liaise with DM for project approvals, inspections, and updates.
Supervise structural works and provide solutions for site-related engineering issues.
Manage permits and documentation required by DM and other local authorities.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience (depending on project scale).
Must be
approved/accredited by Dubai Municipality
(G+1, G+4, G+12, or Unlimited category).
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Excellent knowledge of UAE construction laws, DM codes, and standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, and other engineering software.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred
:
Experience in construction, high-rise buildings, or infrastructure projects in Dubai.
Ability to travel to project sites across the UAE as needed.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
