Dubai Municipality approved Civil Engineer having D/L with 6 years of UAE experience in Interiors.

A Project Engineer in the interiors field is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of construction sites for interior design projects. Here are the key responsibilities and skills required for this role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and oversee on-site implementation: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet design specifications and safety standards.

- Coordinate with stakeholders: Work with designers, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.

- Conduct site inspections: Ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

- Resolve issues and delays: Address technical challenges and manage project timelines.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation: Include progress reports and ensure compliance with local regulations.

- Collaborate with procurement teams: Source materials and manage budgets effectively.

Essential Skills:

- Project management expertise: Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources efficiently.

- Technical and engineering skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting design blueprints, CAD software, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.

- Communication and interpersonal skills: Effective communication with stakeholders, including designers, contractors, and clients.

- Problem-solving and adaptability: Ability to think innovatively and adapt to changing project requirements.

Qualifications:

Dubai Municipality approved.
