This major UK and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a Senior Associate to join their busy and thriving Corporate practice in Dubai. Their team has established a reputation as one of the leading Corporate practices in the region, with major clients including international household names, regional heavyweights and major institutional and regional private equity and venture capital funds (and their investors). They advise on a wide range of Corporate transactions throughout the MEA region, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, IPOs and equity issues. The team also draws on support from leading specialists at the firm in areas spanning employment, property, construction, IP/IT and banking. For this role, the team are particularly seeking someone with an extensive Corporate background, gained with either a large-scale international or top tier regional law firm, and with experience encompassing mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring.
