This particular role will involve working as part of a team most predominantly engaged on substantial UAE court litigation and international arbitration disputes concerning major projects in the UAE. For this position, applicants will need to have excellent written and spoken Arabic language skills, alongside UAE court litigation experience, which includes appearing before court-appointed experts. Experience of drafting case pleadings and other relevant documents will also be needed, alongside the ability to support major Arabic and English language arbitration cases with civil law advice.
