Corporate Associate 5 /6 PQE opportunity in Dubai.
A leading offshore law firm is seeking a lawyer to join its Corporate & Funds team in Dubai. The role involves advising clients across the Middle East and DIFC on a wide range of Cayman Islands and BVI law matters, with a focus on private equity, venture capital, real estate, and Shariah-compliant funds.
You will work closely with asset managers, family offices, and UHNW clients, covering the full life cycle of fund formation, structuring, regulatory considerations, and governance. The successful candidate will join one of the region's most established offshore funds practices, consistently ranked Band 1 for technical excellence and client service.
The firm offers a highly competitive offshore remuneration package (tax-free), including bonus, benefits, and relocation support.
Lawyers with transferable corporate or funds experience gained at a Legal 500 law firm and UK, Irish, off shore jurisdiction admission and a strong interest in offshore work are encouraged to apply.
