to manage daily administrative operations for our Dubai office. The role requires knowledge in UAE administrative procedures, government liaison, and office coordination to ensure smooth business operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Office Operations
Handle day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, housekeeping, and service providers.
Maintain administrative records, files, contracts, and office documentation.
Support internal teams with administrative coordination and logistics.
PRO & Government Coordination
Coordinate all
PRO-related activities
including employment visas, Emirates ID, medicals, labor cards, and immigration processes.
Liaise with Freezone authorities, MOHRE, Immigration, and other government departments.
Track visa renewals, cancellations, license renewals, and compliance deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of employee visas and company statutory documents.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare basic administrative MIS reports related to visas, licenses, and office operations.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for administrative requirements.
Support management with operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
0-5 years of experience in
Administration
Good knowledge of
UAE labor law and administrative compliance
(non-financial).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills with a presentable and professional attitude.
* Ability to work independently and manage routine admin tasks efficiently.
