Recruit and onboard skilled delivery drivers . Maintain strong network and manpower supply channels . Coordinate day-to-day operations with drivers . Advertise job vacancies effectively and creatively . Follow up on all official emails professionally . Handle motorcycle follow-ups, maintenance schedules & renewals . Support in all related field and back-office operations Requirements: . Strong contacts in the driver and delivery industry . Experience in delivery/logistics operations .
