Key Responsibilities:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Monitor and manage employee leave records and attendance, ensuring accurate data is maintained in the leave tracker
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local labor laws
Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an HR role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in recruitment and screening processes
Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance requirements
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
