Key Responsibilities:

Guest Transport:

Safely transport hotel guests to and from airports, events, and local destinations, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Staff Shuttle:

Facilitate transportation for staff members, including pick-up/drop-off services for shift changes.

Delivery Support:

Assist in transporting hotel supplies, laundry, and small deliveries between hotel properties or external vendors.

Flexibility and Multitasking:

Perform additional tasks such as bellhop services, luggage handling, and valet parking when required.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Ensure the hotel vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly. Report any issues immediately.

Customer Service:

Provide a warm and courteous experience for guests. Assist with luggage and offer local area knowledge and recommendations.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to all traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of trips and mileage.

Emergency Support:

Be available for urgent transport needs, including late-night or early-morning requests.

Qualifications:

Valid UAE driver's license Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of local roads, attractions, and routes. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience as a chauffeur or personal driver. Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance.
