Job Overview
As a Guest Experience Agent, you will handle front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, and general service coordination. Your role is vital in creating a smooth, personalized experience for each guest, ensuring their journey is seamless and memorable from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and provide a smooth check-in/check-out process
• Address guest queries, requests, and service needs with efficiency and empathy
• Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and dining recommendations
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, safety policies, and grooming guidelines
• Record and follow up on guest feedback or service issues
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and assist in administrative tasks
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated with hospitality best practices

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No prior experience required (training provided)
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance
• Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 10 pounds if needed
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
