Job Description

:

• Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.
• Pick up Vehicles from the customer location as per the committed date and time.
• Inspect vehicle appropriately.
• Customer concerns to be noted down clearly.
• Handover the vehicle to workshop with clear documents with customer concerns.
• Customer belongings to be removed and checked before every transaction.
• Ensure the car is clean and comfortable for all users.
• Regular car service appointments and report any issues if noticed.

Make sure the reported customer concern is rectified before delivering the original vehicle back to customer.
Educational Qualification
Basic education (minimum requirement).
Work Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar or related role.
Competencies
Strong attention to detail and accountability.
Effective time management and route-planning skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with professional conduct.
Ability to coordinate efficiently with service teams and workshops.
Responsible handling of vehicles and customer property.
Languages
English (Read, Write, Speak).
