We're looking for a reliable Driver Cum Foreman to manage projects and handle driving duties. Key responsibilities include overseeing work sites, coordinating with team members, and ensuring safe and timely transport. Experience in construction and a valid driving license required.
Leading and directing civil workers, masons, and laborers on site.
Monitoring material usage, coordinating equipment and manpower, and ensuring adequate resources are available.
Creating work schedules, monitoring progress, and reporting on work status to Supervisor Addressing on-site issues, resolving conflicts, and communicating with Supervisors and Engineers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders. Ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and implement effective solutions.
Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce them.
