We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to join our team!
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License (required)
Basic knowledge of all civil work just to make sure that site work is fine (e.g., electrical, plumbing, carpenter, painter, etc.)
Experience supervising civil construction sites
Good understanding of site safety regulations
Must follow all instructions, safety rules, and company procedures
Strong leadership and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities on-site
Ensure safety and quality standards are met
Follow instructions from the project manager/engineer
Manage workers
Monitor progress and report updates
