Responsibilities:
Safely deliver and collect rental vehicles on time.
Conduct
comprehensive vehicle inspections
before and after each rental, documenting the vehicle's body condition, mileage, and metrics.
Prepare and manage
rental contracts
for customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Collect payments
from customers during rental and handover, ensuring accurate transaction records.
Provide clear explanations to customers regarding vehicle operation, rental terms, and conditions.
Maintain all vehicles in a clean, presentable, and fully functional condition.
Adhere to all UAE traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards.
Support the operations team to ensure efficient coordination and smooth handovers.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of total driving experience
, including
at least 1 year in the UAE
.
Valid
UAE driving license
with a clean traffic record.
Excellent
communication and customer service skills

Strong
knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic laws

Basic understanding of
vehicle condition checks and documentation

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
