JOINERY DRAFTSMAN

We are hiring a

Joinery Draftsman

with a strong background in detailed woodwork and custom furniture drawings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of carpentry, joinery details, and production-ready shop drawings.

Prepare accurate and detailed

shop drawings for custom joinery items

such as wardrobes, doors, reception counters, kitchen cabinets, and wall paneling. Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure

feasibility of designs

. Create cutting lists, BOQs, and material take-offs. Ensure drawings comply with production capabilities and site measurements. Review and incorporate client/consultant feedback and revisions. Familiarity with wood types, veneers, hardware, and joinery methods. Strong attention to detail and production-oriented mindset. Ability to interpret architectural and interior design intent.

ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN

We are seeking an experienced

Architectural Draftsman

to prepare accurate and detailed drawings for architectural packages, including civil works, elevations, and sections, in line with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Develop

architectural drawings

including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed construction documents. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure drawing accuracy. Incorporate municipality regulations and submit drawings for authority approvals (where required). Revise and update drawings based on client or consultant feedback. Ensure drawing standards and file naming protocols are maintained.

FIT-OUT DRAFTSMAN

Produce detailed

fit-out shop drawings

including partitions, ceilings, flooring, MEP coordination points, and furniture layouts. Translate 2D and 3D design intent into executable drawings. Coordinate closely with project managers, designers, and site engineers. Ensure compliance with design specifications, site conditions, and approval requirements. Prepare material take-offs and drawing submittals for consultant/client approval.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Civil Drafting. Minimum 3 years' experience in architectural drafting. Proficient in

AutoCAD

, Revit (preferred), and Microsoft Office. Good understanding of

UAE building codes and standards

. Strong eye for detail and ability to work independently. Ability to interpret architectural and interior design intent.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
