Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Draftsman / MEP Coordinator
with aminimum of 2 years' experience
inhigh-rise building
andvilla projects
. The ideal candidate must belocally available
and ready to join a dynamic and fast-paced team.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings for construction. Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP services. Ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations. Review and revise drawings as per project requirements. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP services.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience
in high-rise and villa projects. Proficient in AutoCAD and MEP coordination software. Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction workflows. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.Must be locally available
