Technical Draftsman / Site Coordinator For Commercial Interior Projects

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled
Technical Draftsman / Site Coordinator
to handle detailed technical drawings and coordinate site execution for commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience withCivil, MEP, HVAC, and Fire Safety
systems and a strong understanding of UAE building codes and standards.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop
technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
for interior fit-out projects (civil, MEP, HVAC, and fire safety). Coordinate withdesigners, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams
to ensure drawings align with project requirements. Review and interpret design intent, specifications, and project documentation for technical accuracy. Conductsite inspections and surveys
, ensuring work execution matches approved drawings. Liaise withmunicipal authorities
or consultants for drawing submissions and approvals when required. Maintain and updatedrawing registers, revisions, and document control
. Support project managers in resolving technical issues on site. Ensure all work complies withUAE building regulations, safety standards, and client specifications
.Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Architecture
or related field. Minimum2-3 years of experience in the UAE
handling technical drawings and site coordination forcommercial interior fit-out projects
. Proficient inAutoCAD
, and familiar withRevit, SketchUp, and MS Office
. Strong understanding ofMEP, HVAC, and fire safety layouts and coordination
. Good knowledge ofUAE authority requirements
(Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.). Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.UAE Driving license and own car preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
