We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented
AutoCAD Draftsman
with proven experience in
interior fit-out and renovation projects
, specifically within the UAE. The successful candidate will working closely with the design and engineering teams, the Draftsman will play a vital role in translating conceptual designs into accurate, buildable, and regulation-compliant technical drawings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
(Mandatory).
Minimum
5 years of UAE-based experience
in drafting for
interior fit-out, renovation, or finishing projects
.
Strong understanding of joinery, MEP coordination, and site detailing
Proficiency in AutoCAD / ArchiCAD / SketchUp
Proven experience preparing
IFC drawings
and
authority submission packages
.
Ability to manage multiple drawing packages simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise effectively with design, site, and consultant teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
