Bliss and Fencer Monarch Interior Decoration L.L.C is seeking a talented and experienced Interior Fit-Out / Joinery Designer & Draftsman to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out and joinery, with the ability to produce detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and design concepts for both commercial and residential projects. This role requires a combination of design creativity and technical precision to ensure top-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop interior concepts, layouts, and detailed plans for commercial and residential projects.
Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
Prepare detailed joinery and shop drawings for production and installation.
Create design presentations and material boards to support client approvals.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
Conduct site visits, take measurements, and ensure drawings match site conditions.
Select materials, finishes, colors, and fixtures for cohesive, high-quality designs.
Provide creative and technical design solutions that align with project specifications, budgets, and deadlines.
Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to source materials and manage timelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior fit-out, joinery drafting and design.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and other relevant design software.
Strong knowledge of joinery details, materials, finishes and installation methods.
Excellent design sense, creativity and attention to detail.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
Preferred:
UAE /GCC experience.
Knowledge of sustainable materials and modern design trends.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
