Job Description

Our company, specializing in joinery, interior fit-out, kitchens, wardrobes, and exhibition stands, is seeking a highly skilled Draftsman to join our team.

Requirements:



Minimum 4 years of local UAE experience (mandatory) Strong skills in drafting, estimation, and preparation of BOM & BOQ Experience in joinery, interior fit-out, kitchens, wardrobes, and exhibition stands preferred Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

The Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for interior fit-out projects, translating design concepts into actionable documentation.

Responsibilities:



Prepare and update detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications Collaborate with designers and architects to ensure accuracy Review project requirements and develop precise plans Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations Revise drawings based on client feedback and changes Maintain organized documentation of all drafts and revisions

Qualifications:



Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Architecture, or related field Proven UAE experience as a Draftsman in the interior design or construction industry Knowledge of construction methods and building regulations Strong communication and teamwork
