to join our Duct Manufacturing Factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating precise ducting drawings and preparing project estimations using specialized HVAC software.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
detailed shop drawings
, fabrication drawings, and coordination layouts for HVAC duct systems.
Generate accurate
BOQ, material take-offs
, and project cost estimations.
Use ducting estimation software (such as
CAMduct, Cypher, or similar
) to optimize workflows.
Coordinate with engineers, production, and project teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
Review project specifications, MEP drawings, and tender documents for estimation.
Maintain documentation of all revisions, drawings, and estimation records.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-5 years
of experience in an HVAC ducting manufacturing or contracting environment in the UAE or GCC.
Proficient in
AutoCAD
and
HVAC Estimation Software
.
Familiar with
SMACNA / DW144 standards
and UAE-specific ducting codes and practices.
Diploma or Degree in
Mechanical Engineering
, Drafting, or equivalent.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Software Skills:
CAMduct
,
Cypher
,
Revit MEP
, or other duct fabrication/estimation tools.
Microsoft Excel for BOQ and pricing analysis.
