Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Draftsman / Estimator in joinery, fit-out, or furniture fabrication (GCC experience preferred).
Proficiency in
AutoCAD (2D)
and ability to prepare
3D drawings/renders
for presentations and client approvals.
Strong knowledge of technical drawings related to joinery and interior fit-out works.
Ability to prepare accurate shop drawings, cutting lists, and material take-offs.
Experience in estimation, costing, and preparing quotations for joinery and fit-out projects.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
Good English communication skills for coordination with the design, production, and site teams.
Polite, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
2D shop drawings
and
3D designs/renders
for joinery and fit-out projects.
Estimate costs, materials, and labor for projects and prepare quotations.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure accuracy of drawings and feasibility of designs.
Revise drawings as per client or management feedback.
Ensure all drawings comply with project requirements and specifications.
