Job Overview
We are seeking a
Draftsman (Civil & Landscape)
with3-5 years of UAE experience
to prepare accurate and detailed drawings for civil and landscape projects. The candidate will support engineering and site teams by producing shop drawings, IFC, and as-built drawings in compliance with UAE authority standards and project specifications.Key Responsibilities
Prepare
civil and landscape drawings
, including shop drawings, IFC, and as-built drawings. Coordinate withengineers, architects, and site teams
to ensure design accuracy. Update and revise drawings based onconsultant and authority comments
. Ensure compliance withUAE regulations and authority requirements
. Assist withquantity take-offs and drawing clarifications
as required. Maintain properdrawing documentation and revision control
. Provide technical support to site teams during execution.Key Requirements & Skills
3-5 years of relevant UAE experience
in civil and landscape drafting. Proficient inAutoCAD
(mandatory). Strong knowledge ofUAE authority standards
(DM, DEWA, RTA, ADM - as applicable). Experience inroads, utilities, grading, hardscape, and softscape works
. Ability to read and interpretengineering drawings and specifications
. Good coordination, communication, and time-management skills.Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or certification in
Civil Engineering / Drafting
. Experience working withUAE consultants or contractors
. Knowledge ofCivil 3D
is an added advantage.Job Type: Full-time
