? Bus No: F26 (15th Stop - Habtoor Engineering) Draftsman (Civil / Landscape)
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural, civil, and landscape drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop detailed working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
Coordinate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements.
Make revisions to drawings based on site conditions and instructions from the engineering team.
Ensure all drawings are accurate, compliant with standards, and delivered on time.
Assist in preparing material schedules and quantity take-offs from drawings.
For Landscape: Design and draft detailed hardscape and softscape layouts, irrigation plans, and lighting layouts.

Requirements:

Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Draftsman in the UAE construction industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Knowledge of other software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit) is a plus.
Strong understanding of construction details and standards.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
