Job Description
CIVIL DRAUGHTSMAN
Prepare detailed shop drawings for
villas and mid-rise
residential projects
, including architectural slab edge, foundations, cores, slabs, columns, beams, and reinforcement details for concrete and steel structures.Prepare Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)
Update drawings based on consultant feedback, RFI responses, and site modifications.
Identify and resolve design and coordination issues during the drafting process.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ensure all drawings comply with Trakhees, Nakheel, and other Dubai authority submission requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 3-5 years of experience in UAE construction projects, preferably villas and mid-rise residential building Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Ability to read and prepare structural, architectural, and MEP drawings. Good communication skills to coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site staff.
