We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Draftsman

to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing detailed 2D/3D drawings for prefabricated cabins, modular buildings, and construction elements. You will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure all technical drawings meet client specifications and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for prefabricated cabins, modular structures, and architectural layouts. Create and update shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to gather necessary data and input. Modify and revise drawings as per feedback from engineers and clients. Ensure drawings comply with local standards, codes, and client requirements. Maintain drawing records and file management in a structured system. Assist in the preparation of BOQs and material take-offs based on drawings. Participate in site visits and field measurements as needed.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Architecture, or Civil/Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2-3 years of drafting experience, preferably in prefabricated or modular construction. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software. Understanding of steel structure detailing, MEP layout integration, and joinery is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred:

UAE experience and knowledge of building codes and regulations. Experience working in a manufacturing or site-based drafting role. Familiarity with LGS (Light Gauge Steel) or modular framing systems.
