Al Rukn Al Meamary Engineering Consultants
is seeking to hire aBIM Modeler / Draftsman
, withprimary focus on BIM modeling
, and experience in the following disciplines:o BIM Modeling (Primary Requirement)
o Architectural Drafting
o Structural Drafting
o MEP Drafting
Key Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in engineering consultancy offices within theUAE
.Strong experience as a BIM Modeler
(Revit - Architecture / Structure / MEP). High proficiency inAutoCAD
. Good knowledge ofmunicipality regulations
andCivil Defense requirements
. Ability to prepareBIM models
,detailed shop drawings
, andconstruction drawings
. Strong coordination skills betweenarchitectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
using BIM workflows. High level ofaccuracy
,commitment
, and ability tomeet deadlines
.Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in
residential and commercial projects
. Experience withBIM coordination, clash detection
, and model coordination. Ability to work efficiently within ateam environment
and handlework pressure
.Immediate joining
