Azizi Developments is hiring a BIM Modeler Architecture to join our Design 360 Studio in Dubai. The role involves developing, managing, and coordinating architectural BIM models to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project and company standards.

Role Summary
The BIM Modeler Architecture is responsible for creating and maintaining detailed architectural BIM models, coordinating with structural and MEP teams, and ensuring integration across disciplines. The position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with BIM standards used in high-rise and large-scale developments.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Revit and related software.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and design teams to ensure model accuracy and integration.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, schedules, and documentation as per project needs.
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure adherence to project-specific execution plans.
• Support design teams in implementing BIM workflows and resolving model-related issues.
• Participate in clash detection processes, manage updates, and incorporate design revisions.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all project documentation and deliverables.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• 3-7 years of experience as a BIM Modeler (Architecture) within the UAE or GCC.
• Proven experience working on high-rise or mixed-use developments.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, modeling, and coordination workflows.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, protocols, and project execution plans.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
