We are hiring multiple

BIM Coordinators

to join our team for a landmark

Hotel and Branded Residences

project in

Saudi Arabia

. We are looking for specialists in the following areas:

BIM Coordinator - Architecture

BIM Coordinator - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

BIM Coordinator - Infrastructure (Civil / Utilities / External Works)

Each role requires strong discipline-specific coordination experience, the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, and a deep understanding of project delivery in a BIM environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate discipline-specific BIM models across all construction and As-Built stages. Ensure adherence to the

BIM Execution Plan (BEP)

,

Employer's Information Requirements (EIR)

and project BIM protocols. Perform model federation, clash detection, issue tracking and resolution using tools such as

Navisworks

,

BIM 360

or

ACC

. Collaborate closely with other disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP, Infrastructure) to ensure interdisciplinary coordination. Maintain well-structured and up-to-date models throughout the project lifecycle, including As-Built stages. Support

CDE

workflows and ensure data exchange protocols (Cobie) are followed. Prepare BIM coordination reports and participate in review meetings, model walkthroughs and issue resolution sessions.

Discipline-Specific Experience:

Architecture:

Experience in coordinating architectural BIM models for high-end residential or hospitality projects. Strong Revit, Rendering tools, Navisworks and BIM 360 skills with attention to design detailing and spatial coordination.

MEP:

Proficiency in Revit MEP and BIM workflows for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Strong coordination experience with Architectural and Structural teams.

Infrastructure:

Experience in external works, utilities coordination, site-wide services and Civil 3D workflows. Understanding of topography, drainage and infrastructure design coordination with other disciplines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

architecture

,

Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

,

Civil Engineering

, or a related field.

5-8 years

of BIM experience, including at least

3 years

in a discipline-specific coordination role. Proficiency in

Revit

,

Navisworks

,

BIM 360 / ACC

, and relevant discipline-specific BIM tools (e.g., Civil 3D for infrastructure). Knowledge of

ISO 19650

,

PAS 1192

, and other international BIM standards. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. Synchro Pro, Twin Motion Experience will be an added advantage.
