Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop detailed architectural drawings and layouts from design concepts.
Work closely with architects and designers to translate ideas into technical drawings.
Revise drawings as per client or consultant feedback.
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and regulations.
Produce coordinated drawings for submission and approvals.
Support site teams by providing clear and accurate construction documents.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred).
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3D rendering software is a plus.
Good understanding of Dubai Municipality (DM) and other regulatory requirements.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
