We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

DOH-licensed Male Registered Nurse

to provide

on-site medical

and

emergency care

at

various project locations within Abu Dhabi

.

The RN will be responsible for maintaining the health and safety of employees, managing daily medical needs, and responding to emergencies in compliance with the Department of Health (DOH) standards and workplace safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first aid, emergency care, and primary medical services to staff at site/project locations. Conduct initial assessments and manage minor illnesses and injuries. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all cases, treatments, and reports as per DOH standards. Monitor and manage chronic conditions and follow up on referred cases. Coordinate with hospitals or clinics for emergency referrals and follow-ups. Conduct health and safety training, awareness sessions, and wellness checks as needed. Ensure availability of required medical equipment, emergency kits, and medications at the site. Support the implementation of workplace health programs and policies. Collaborate with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) officers to promote a safe and healthy work environment. Comply with DOH regulations and company protocols related to occupational and public health.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in nursing. Valid

DOH/HAAD license

or eligibility. Minimum

2 years of nursing experience

, preferably in occupational health, emergency care, or industrial settings. Valid

BLS and ACLS certifications

(required). Strong clinical, assessment, and decision-making skills. Proficient in English (Arabic is an advantage). Male applicants only (due to work environment and site requirements). Willingness to work in remote or outdoor locations across Abu Dhabi. Flexibility to work rotational shifts or extended hours, including weekends or public holidays.

Work Environment:

Site-based role, potentially in outdoor, remote, or industrial environments. Exposure to physically demanding conditions (heat, dust, long standing periods). Must comply with PPE and safety requirements at all times.
