DOH-licensed Male Registered Nurse

The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring compliance with Department of Health (DOH) standards and providing holistic, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments, wound care, injections, and medication administration. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and document all nursing care provided. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication usage, and health maintenance. Ensure adherence to DOH regulations, infection control measures, and patient safety standards. Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide timely interventions. Communicate regularly with the healthcare team, patients, and family members. Participate in ongoing training, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in nursing.

Valid DOH/HAAD license

or eligibility. Minimum of

2 years' nursing experience

, preferably in homecare. Current

BLS and ACLS certification

. Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage. Must be willing to travel across assigned areas for home visits. Male applicants only (due to specific patient and cultural requirements).

Work Conditions:

Field-based position with travel to patients' homes. May include rotational shifts, weekends, and on-call duties. Requires adherence to professional and safety standards in varied home environments.
