We are looking for an experienced Documentation Executive to join our team at IIQAF. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to documentation, as well as providing direction to subordinates engaged in the day to day processing of documents. Your duties will include gathering and validating customer information, creating and administering documents, maintaining records, analyzing data, and problem-solving. You will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project team members to prepare documents for customer review and approval
Prepare and maintain documentation such as customer information forms, policies, procedures, and reports
Ensure all customer information is accurate and up to date
Monitor customer interaction and provide support when needed
Analyze collected data and identify areas for improvement in document processes
Maintain filing systems for all documents and records
Verify accuracy of documents before submitting
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Documentation Executive or similar role
Knowledge of document management systems and basic computer applications
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to be proactive, prioritize tasks, and work independently
Ability to adapt to changing conditions
