Job Description

A leading Real Estate developer and Franchisee Company in Bahrain seek to employ Sales & Marketing Executives (With prior experience in a Real Estate Development Company). :

• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Generate leads by active networking and relationship building.
• Liaising with agents for new offers, Open House, Newsletter
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base through resources and other contacts
• Ensure all leads and enquiries are attended to as per best customer service practices follow up with clients on a regular basis
• Update records regularly accurately and record all client details in the database and ensure that all responses are dealt with in accordance with customer service standards
• Adhere to company's policy and procedure for each transaction including issuing, collecting and recording relevant documentation
• Pro-actively strive to have an in-depth understanding of the local market, advertising and signage requirements
• Promote other Services where appropriate and generate referral leads

Experience:

• Bachelor degree in a business related field, preferably Commercial Property, Marketing or Investments.
• Minimum of 3-4 years real estate industry experience in a sales/marketing role, with at least 2 years' experience in the Bahrain.
• Computer literacy, professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proven attention to detail.

• Must have valid driving license in Bahrain.
