s the Documentation Executive, your primary responsibility will be to collect, organize, and maintain all necessary documentation in an efficient and structured manner, ensuring easy accessibility for the entire team.
Responsibilities:
Collect, organize, and store all necessary documents, both in physical and electronic form, following a systematic process.
Develop and maintain an effective filing system for all documents, ensuring easy retrieval as and when required.
Collaborate with various teams and departments to ensure timely documentation and keep track of any changes made to existing documentation.
Proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Regularly update and review existing documents to ensure they are up-to-date and align with IIQAF\'s policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a documentation specialist, or similar role.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management software.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with quality assurance and finance terminology is preferred.
