IIQAF is looking for a focused and organized Documentation Executive to join our Documentation Team. You will be responsible for the organization and accurate storage of our documents and will work with the management team to ensure quality and accuracy throughout the document management process.
Responsibilities:
Carry out document processing activities using appropriate document management software.
Utilize digital and manual filing systems to store documents.
Verify documents for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure labelling and classification of all acquired documents.
Prepare documents for record archiving.
Ensure accessibility of legacy files to authorized personnel.
Prioritize document requests in accordance with departmental priorities.
Assist with the preparation of document reports and other document-related paperwork.
Initiate revisions, updates and additions to documents.
Monitor document-related processes.
Define procedures and standards for document control and file sharing.
Respond to customer, staff and authorized personnel inquiries regarding document tracking.
Perform any other duties as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in document management and control.
In-depth knowledge of document management principles and procedures.
Aptitude in problem-solving and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field is preferred.
